1. 設立目的 Establishment purpose

　東アジアを中心として加速する国際化時代の中、日本の建築構造設計は、中国・台湾などでは非常に需要の高い業種である。にも関わらず、この分野での海外進出の例はごくわずかしかなく、個人で活動している例は皆無に等しい。

　そこで、15年以上となる台湾在住経験と豊富な言語能力、それに日本の「横浜国際客船ターミナル」や台湾の「９２１地震博物館」などでつちかった「特殊な建築構造物」の設計及び監理経験を元に、台湾を中心とする東アジアの建築構造技術の発展に協力する。一方、日本において中国人・台湾人などが設計活動を行う際の協力も行い、東アジアにおける建築分野における人的交流の橋渡し役を目指す。

東亞洲為中心快速發展的國際化時代中，日本的建築結構設計技術在國外是非常需要的行業。但是不僅這個領域的海外發展案例很少，以個人活動的案例幾乎完全沒有。

本人已經有十五年以上在台灣居住經驗以及豐富的語言能力，而且日本的『橫濱國際客船中心』或台灣的『921地震博物館』等培養出『特殊建築結構物』的設計及監造經驗為基礎之下，以台灣為中心的東亞洲建築結構技術發展為協助。另外，在日本方面也協助台灣人進行設計活動，以東亞洲為例的建築領域協助與人交流的橋樑為目標。

In the age of internationalization that accelerates by centering on east Asia, structural design of Japan are types of business with very high demand in China and Taiwan, etc. But there are very few cases to overseas by personal in this field.

Then, it cooperates in the development of an architectural, structural technology of east Asia in which it centers on Taiwan based on a Taiwan living experience over fifteen years or more and abundant linguistic competence, and the management experience of "Special building’s structure" cultivated by "921 earthquake museum" of Taiwan and "Yokohama international passenger port terminal" of Japan etc. On the other hand, it cooperates when Chinese and Taiwanese, etc. do the design activity in Japan, and it aims at the bridge person of personal exchanges in architectural field in east Asia.
